Although the Defendant, as a person subject to registration of personal information, has a duty to report to the competent police station within 20 days at the time of the relocation of the actual place of residence, he/she did not report the change within the deadline, even though he/she transferred his/her actual place of residence to Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and E in March 2019.
