A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and fines for 355,040,000 won, and Defendant B and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Defendant

A is a general responsibility for transportation of the gold-free import organization as a large-scale agent, and Defendant B and Defendant C are related to the transport of gold under the condition that the gold-free import organization will receive approximately KRW 250 million ( approximately KRW 900,000).

Anyone who intends to import goods shall report to the head of a customs office the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (customs duties) did not report to the head of the customs office on November 6, 2018, the Defendant attempted to import 8 km (35,040,000 won and KRW 35,000) from the Incheon International Airport in a way that: (a) she was found to import 8 km of the above gold bars ( KRW 355,040,000) by inserting two gold bars per single gold bars into the customs office, respectively; and (b) by allowing the Defendant to enter the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport around the 7th day of the same month when reporting the said new incident.

B. On August 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Customs Act, without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office, imported four gold bars ( approximately 171,696,000 won for goods) in a way that two gold bars on an emergency warning (two gold bars on an emergency warning flashing on an emergency warning flashing line) consisting of one gold leader per new outbreak (in a space to put the bottom head of the gold bars into the gold bars), respectively, and caused them to enter the Republic of Korea via the Incheon International Airport upon filing a report on the said new outbreak, and imported four gold bars ( approximately 171,696,000 won for goods) in total from the above date to October 13, 2018 in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Form 13.

2. Defendant B, without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office on November 6, 2018, containing two new gold bars per page from A at the airport of Tae Man-Manan (U.S.) around 6, 2018.
