Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 02:55 on November 8, 2020, the Defendant received 112 report that “all people live at the scene” while on the duty of patrol 112 patrols, the Defendant sent the scene to the scene and corrected the facts charged ex officio by deeming the Defendant to be a clerical error in the police officer E, in his hand, while shooting the table.
By assaulting his chest, it interfered with the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the 112 reporting processing duties.
