1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 181,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff, on Nov. 25, 2004, lent to the defendant a total of KRW 181 million on Nov. 25, 2004, and KRW 19 million on Nov. 30, 2004, total of KRW 72 million on Nov. 30, 2004, but the defendant did not pay this amount. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff a delay damages amounting to 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the copy of the complaint in this case is delivered to the plaintiff to the day of full payment.
