2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. A. 1) B, C, and D entered into a partnership agreement with the Plaintiff, B, etc., followed by entering into the partnership agreement with the Esanbu, Cheongnam store, Gangnam store, and new village, and the Plaintiff started to work as a monthly salary from March 2005. Since March 2005, the Plaintiff was working as Esanbu and Masan store, and the Plaintiff was working as a monthly salary. 2) At around 2007, D withdrawn from the above partnership agreement with the Plaintiff, H, and I, and the Plaintiff came to have a share of 7% in the above partnership agreement with H, I, as well as the Plaintiff, around March 207, after entering into the partnership agreement with the Esanbu and C.

B on January 15, 2007, the Plaintiff, B, C, H, and I established F (hereinafter referred to as “F”) for the business administration, etc. with Esanbu, and the Plaintiff, B, C, H, and I decided to operate the Esanbu (hereinafter referred to as “the instant association”) with the partnership, and prepared the articles of association of the instant association around July 2007. The main contents of the instant association’s articles of association are as follows.

After that, as J joined the instant association around September 2007, 62% of the instant association, C, 10% of the Plaintiff, H, I, and J acquired 7% shares in each of the instant associations. The instant association members operated each Esanbu and Cheongbu, Cheongbu, Cheongbu, Mobu, Madao-dong, Madoo-dong, Madoo-dong, and Madoo-dong.

On the other hand, B, around January 2008, changed the Esanbu and the astronomical care point, red, Gangnam 2, and the ending point.

Article 3 (Location of Office) The principal members of the Korean Union shall be located in the office of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and there may be branch members in the pressure-gu, Gangnam, Gangnam, New Village, Name Dong and New Forest according to the administrative district on March 2007, and there may be additional branch members, if necessary, by a resolution of the general meeting.

Article 6 (Qualification for Membership) (2) A person who intends to join a cooperative shall consent to this articles of association, make contributions after resolution by a general meeting of members under this articles of association, or acquire by transfer all or part of shares of an existing member in a manner provided for in this articles of association.
