A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On February 2, 2018, the Defendant received the offer of 5-100,000 won per day from G operating a commercial entertainment business establishment in the trade name of 306, 502, 706, 804, 901, and 1006 of the officetels in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to play the role of cleaning the said 6 offices and delivering commercial sex acts profits.
In this regard, from February 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around six rooms of the above officetels, placed a female employee engaged in sexual traffic and recruited an unspecified gender-purchasing male in order to arrange and provide a place to engage in sexual traffic in the above officetels by advertising to suggest sexual traffic on the Internet site; (b) the Defendant visited the above place of sexual traffic twice a day to conduct cleaning; and (c) collected the profits from sexual traffic between the female sexual traffic and delivered them to the above G; and (d) received KRW 50,000 per cash per time from the G in return.
The Defendant, along with G, had female employees H and I receive 1,50,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and arranged sexual traffic against female buyers who were found in the above officetel 306 and 706 on March 14, 2018. Furthermore, from February 10, 2018 to March 14, 2018, the Defendant provided an unspecified number of customers who found the above establishment with a place for sexual traffic and arranged sexual traffic.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with G, etc. to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
