A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall transfer a means of access used in electronic financial transactions.
1. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a bank account (Account Number E) in the name of BBD at the seat of the branch of the Party located in Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu; (b) around that time, the Defendant transferred the means of access to the financial institution by transferring the passbook, e-mail card, otp card, and the relevant password to the bearer (one team leader) of the instant account from Daegu (F), the G store parking lot located in Seosung-gu, or the Itong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu).
2. On March 6, 2020, the Defendant opened the K Bank Account (Account Number N) with the name of (A)M at the location of the Sungdong branch of the K Bank located in Daegu Nam-gu L, and around that time, transferred the means of access to the financial institution by transferring the passbook, check card, otp card, and the pertinent password to the non-scriptive winners (the team leader at the G store parking lot located in Daegu Suwon-gu, or the Itong-dong located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the I to the G store parking lot located in Daegu-gu, or the Itong-dong located in the Itong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu).
3. On March 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an account (Account NumberO) in the name of (D at the IBK Enterprise Bank's Mo-dong branch located in the IBK Bank's Mo-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around that time; (b) transferred the means of access to the said account to the bearer (one name J Team in the G store parking lot located in Daegu-gu, or the IF in the Kaf-dong located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu) from Daegu-gu (Kaf-dong located in the G store parking lot located in the Daegu-gu, or the IF in the Kaf-dong located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu).
