At around 01:30 on May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of the victim F, an employee, at two main points of “E” of the operation of D on the third floor of the Goyang-gu Seoul Building C, Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) on the part of the Defendant, the victim F, an employee, (e.g., at the right side of the victim’s right side by the Defendant’s hand; and (c) on the same day, at around 02:30 on the same day, the Defendant committed indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s bridge caused by a credit card from the Defendant’s daily act for the settlement of drinking value.
