The evidence Nos. 1 and 2 seized shall be confiscated from the defendant.

On July 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided sexual education to the victim D (Woo, 13 years old); (b) provided sexual education to the Internet NVber “C” page, and (c) provided personal information, physical photograph, etc. of the victim, as written by the Defendant, to the victim D (Woo, 13 years old) who visited the Defendant with the mobile phone-rating Kakakaox,” and (d) provided sexual education to the victim.

1. On July 22, 2013, at around 17:01, the Defendant: (a) refused to send a victim’s sexual dialogue or body photo at the Defendant’s residence located in the Mara 204, the Defendant forced the victim to send a message stating, “I would put him/her on the Internet the personal information, pictures, and contents of the conversation that he/she had been given so far if he/she did not keep the conversation; (b) would put him/her on the Internet the Internet; (c) as if he/she spreads his/her photograph, he/she would put him/herself a body photo; and (d) sent the bor and sexual photo from the victim to 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant received a total of 23 copies of the victim’s photo, such as the victim’s photo, as shown in the attached Form (1) from around the day to 22:50 on the day.

As a result, the defendant threatened the victim to have the victim take a photo on his own body and send his photo so that he did not have any obligation.

2. Around July 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) sent a message to the said victim using the aforementioned cell phone-type Kakakaoox to the said victim’s residence, including sending the message stating that “to be punished by fingers so that it can be seen as falling short of the table” from July 22, 2013 to July 23:2, 201, to the same day, 97 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (2).
