1. The judgment on the Defendant’s loan, etc. against the Plaintiff is rendered by the Changwon District Court, Kimhae-si Court, 2013Da 2008 Decided July 11, 2013.

Reasons

1. Inasmuch as a decision to grant immunity to the Plaintiff who indicated the claim is exempted from the liability for the loan obligation, compulsory execution based on the above decision should be denied.
