The facts stated in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant is obligated to pay the money specified in Paragraph 1 of this Article to the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the remaining designated parties.
