1. The defendant shall pay 53,747,00 won to the plaintiffs and 12% per annum from June 27, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The reasons for the request are as shown in the annexed sheet;
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings with Partial Dismissal was amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall be recognized, and damages for delay in excess thereof shall be dismissed.
