1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 22, 2016 to June 13, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
(a)The facts under the recognition may be found, either in dispute between the parties, or in the entries or images of Gap evidence 1 to 13 (including above pertinent branch numbers), by integrating the purpose of the entire pleadings.
1) The Plaintiff and C are legally married couple who completed the marriage report on January 25, 2012, and between the Plaintiff and D have three years of age. 2) The Defendant and C are employees of a securities company. As from March 4, 2015, they were friendly while working in the same place as the Plaintiff and C, while serving in the same place as the Plaintiff and C, and they came to have a locked place on April 2016.

5) On August 16, 2016, the Plaintiff became aware of the relationship between the Defendant and C by reporting the images, etc. taken by the Defendant and C as well as the Defendant. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant sent to the Plaintiff a text message stating, “I am able to see that I would not see any speech due to one another. I would like to say that I would like to see any speech, but I would like to commit a hidden crime. Although I had already known, I would like to say that this will not occur in the future, even if I would like to see the face, I would not mix it with the other’s face in the future, and I would like to look like the end-of-day transparent.”
