With respect to the foregoing case, this Court shall apply the applicable provisions of the judgment sentenced on April 24, 2014.
1. Article 37 of the Criminal Code among concurrent crimes.
Reasons
In the above case, it is clear that the applicable provisions of law have omitted entry of discretionary mitigation, so it shall be determined as ordered in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
