1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) KRW 500,490 and as regards it, October 2019.
Reasons
1. The lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet indicating the claim was terminated as the Defendant’s delinquency in rent for at least three years.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks payment of the electricity charges and the unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of the building delivery to the Defendant.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
