1. The defendant shall pay 21,90,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 19, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff received the judgment in favor of the Plaintiff on July 1, 2007 in Daejeon District Court Decision 2006Kadan8613, the loan loan against the Defendant. Since the Defendant did not repay the money ordered to pay to the Plaintiff so far, it filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the prescription period of the above claim.
