Punishment of the crime
On September 19, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court’s branch on September 19, 2008. On August 11, 2009, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime, and on November 9, 201, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime.
【Criminal Facts】
On August 26, 2018, at around 13:00, the Defendant driven a rocketing car in the state of alcohol 0.163% of the blood alcohol concentration from approximately 3km section to the front road of the Si Public Health Center in the Si Public Health Center, which is located in the Si Public Health Center, from around 13:08 the same day from August 26, 2018.
As a result, the Defendant once driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol even though he had a history of driving at least twice.
The Defendant was indicted on September 10, 2018 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court’s Tong-gu District Court’s branch on September 10, 2018, and is currently pending trial. On September 19, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) was issued on August 11, 2009 with a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court’s Tong-gu District Court’s branch branch on August 11, 2009. On November 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million as well as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence).
【Criminal Facts】
On October 21, 2018, at around 06:15, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with D Laun without a motor vehicle driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 69.66 km from approximately 69.6 km to the SongIC, which is under the control of the transmission at the beginning of the city of the city of Busan through the Dong-gu, Busan.
Accordingly, the defendant is a person who has violated the prohibition of drunk driving not less than twice and is under the influence of alcohol.
