However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties in the Gwangju District Court's netcheon Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 22, 2013.

On October 2009, the Defendant had invested an amount of KRW 300 million in the construction project of the character museum, which was under construction in Jeju-do, and had been paying a large number of insurance policies that make it difficult due to such circumstances as losses, etc., and had intentionally subscribed to a large number of insurance policies, and had been hospitalized in Jeju-do to pay the insurance money.

From October 25, 2010, the insurance agent C of the insurance agency called “EWA”, which was located in the net Doncheon-dong, subscribed to 16 insurance products, such as “BnB social franchise insurance and insurance2”, and was hospitalized for 19 days by filing an appeal for the pains of Heari by visiting the E Hospital located in Doncheon-si D around October 25, 2010.

However, the Defendant was in a situation where there was no need for hospital treatment due to the lack of any error in the brupt.

On November 12, 2010, the Defendant received false hospitalization for the purpose of receiving insurance proceeds, and received documents, such as a written confirmation of hospitalization necessary for claiming insurance proceeds from a hospital, and received insurance proceeds from the victim on the ground of the victim’s merz fire netization point as above, and received KRW 1,140,000 from the victim on the 15th day of the same month.

In addition, from around that time to April 5, 2011, the Defendant: (a) 134 days in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, sent the word “false hospitalization” that pretended as being hospitalized; and (b) obtained total of KRW 82,406,349 from the victim insurance company on 33 occasions, and acquired it by deception.
