1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from March 15, 1997 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Applicable provisions of law: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
