1. The defendant is jointly and severally with B to the plaintiff KRW 500,000,000 and as to the above, from March 29, 2019 to June 10, 2019.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff seeking the indication of the claim is the transferee of the claim for reimbursement which was finalized by the payment order order case Seoul Western District Court 2009Da9940, and the Plaintiff claimed part of the above claim in order to interrupt extinctive prescription.
