A. As to the Defendant A’s KRW 700,000,000 and KRW 500,000 among them, the Defendant A shall have from November 1, 2008 to August 10, 2015.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;

Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal was promulgated on September 25, 2015 as amended and enforced on October 1, 2015. Under Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), “The statutory interest rate for a case pending in a court at the time of the enforcement of this Decree, for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded, shall be the interest rate under the former provisions until September 30, 2015, and from October 1, 2015, the interest rate under the amended provisions of this Decree shall be the interest rate under the former provisions, and the interest rate under the amended provisions of this Decree shall be applied to the case from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the damages for delay shall be dismissed at least 15% per annum.
