1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 15,00,000 and the interest rate shall be from November 25, 2004 to the date of full payment.

Indication of Claim - The repayment period of KRW 15,00,000 on April 10, 200, the repayment period of KRW 15,00,00 on April 10, 200, the annual interest rate of KRW 15.5% on April 10, 2005, the overdue interest rate of KRW 28% on a yearly loan (Defendant A is the primary debtor, the remainder of the Defendants are the joint guarantor) and ② the repayment period of KRW 14,60,00 on September 25, 200, the repayment period of KRW 14,60,000 on September 25, 200, the repayment period of KRW 15.5% on a yearly basis, and the overdue interest rate of KRW 28% on a yearly loan (Defendant A is the primary debtor, Defendant B’s joint guarantor) - The Plaintiff was assigned in succession to the credit cooperative of Ansan District Court in order to extend the extinctive prescription period of this case within the scope of claim.
2. Defendant A and B: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act): Defendant C by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
