1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of Gap's statement and the whole argument, the plaintiff can be acknowledged as having lent KRW 20.5 million to the defendant on July 15, 2013, interest KRW 500,000 per month, and due date until November 29, 2013. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 20.5 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as provided by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 8, 2016 to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
