1. The Seoul Western District Court Decision 2009 Ghana176269 decided December 21, 2009 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
1. Around August 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 3 million to the Defendant on October 30, 2008, which was set as the due date for payment on two occasions.
On May 13, 2010, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit on the above claim and received a decision of performance recommendation stated in the order.
The lawsuit of this case was filed for the completion of extinctive prescription of claims based on the above decision, whether the extinctive prescription expires or not.
