A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2015, C Co., Ltd. received desired retirement applications from female employees from around March 4, 2015 to around March 13, 2015, and conducted individual interviews against female employees under its control to explain desired retirement procedures.

On the other hand, the Defendant is the head of the employment law office of the C Trade Union, and D was a member of the said union. On March 12, 2015, 2015, after hearing the awareness that the victim F of the C Shipbuilding E head of the C&W headquarters conducted an individual interview related to desired retirement against G members belonging to the said union, the Defendant was willing to interfere with the victim’s interview by force by unauthorized intervention in the course of the said individual interview without permission.
