Defendant B shall pay 120,00,000 won to the Plaintiff and 12% per annum from October 7, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Defendant C and D recognize the duty to return the lease deposit of Defendant B to the Plaintiff as seen earlier. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant C and D seeking preliminary return on the premise that Defendant B’s above duty is not recognized is dismissed, respectively.
