2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. Non-party C, among the land of this case 26,846 square meters prior to Gwangju City (hereinafter “instant land”), connected each point of (a) part of the ship (a) on the ground of 108 square meters, which was connected in sequence with the indication of the attached drawing Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 1, was transferred to Non-party D immediately after completing the registration of ownership preservation on October 11, 1989, and immediately after completing the registration of ownership transfer on October 9, 1995, the Plaintiff acquired the registration of ownership transfer from Non-party E, who registered the ownership transfer on October 1, 201, on December 17, 2001.

Serial 1F, G (each co-owned share 1/2), June 27, 1987, the cause of the change in ownership on the date of the transfer of ownership, shall be 1F, G (each co-owned share 1/2), D, Oct. 26, 1987, Oct. 14, 1999, sold on September 27, 1994; 3H on August 26, 2002; 4, Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., on August 26, 2002, 198, the trust property reverted to Defendant on Oct. 28, 2008, including the trust property reverted to Defendant on Oct. 28, 2008 on Oct. 29, 2008. < Amended by Act No. 88174, Aug. 26, 2002; Act No. 8813, Oct. 29, 2008>

B. On June 27, 1987, the instant land was registered for transfer of ownership by Nonparty F and G as one-half shares each on the grounds of donation as follows. After the registration of transfer of ownership was completed, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of trust from Solomon Savings Bank, Solomon Savings Bank, Inc., Busan Mlomon Savings Bank, Inc., Ltd., the equity right holder of the Plaintiff on August 31, 201, 201, and Honammon Savings Bank, Inc., Inc. (hereinafter “ Solomon Savings Bank, etc.”).

C. The Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff, seeking unjust enrichment equivalent to the cost of removal of the building, delivery of the land, and the rent for the land under the Suwon District Court Branch 2012Gahap2015, Suwon District Court Branch 2012Gahap2015, but the said court also filed a lawsuit on August 20, 2013.
