A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 10, 2009, and was released on August 15, 2012 and the parole period passed on February 21, 2013, and engaged in a livestock product distribution brokerage business.
1. Fraud;
A. On April 17, 2013, the Defendant against the victim D supplied the victim with approximately KRW 20,70,578,570 in total at the market price of the “F” office operated by the victim D in Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si on April 17, 2013, and the Defendant supplied the victim with approximately KRW 46,578,570 in total.
5. That such settlement shall be made in two installments.
The Defendant stated, “The Defendant: (a) the Defendant was at the time of the default of the payment by G operating the livestock products distribution brokerage business by lending another person’s name; (b) however, the increase in the number of credit debts that were not paid to a trader by means of an emergency, such as dumping sales, etc.; (c) the Defendant was making a false statement to raise money necessary for the Defendant’s personal debt, etc., despite having no intent or ability to pay the amount from time to time, even if he was supplied with the meat by the victim. Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) supplied 20,31km, such as swine, etc.; (c) supplied 46,578,570 won at the market price on the same day from the victim; and (b) obtained the victim’s fraud with the victim’s “I agricultural partnership office” operated by the victim C on July 16, 2013; and (d) supplied the victim with the victim’s share of KRW 2,835km,1670,700.

However, as stated in Paragraph 1, the defendant was supplied with meat by the victim and dumped it, and attempted to use it for the repayment of the defendant's obligation, etc., and did not have any intention or ability to pay the price in time even if he was supplied with the money by the victim.
