1. The Defendants traded on September 1, 1979 with respect to each of 1/5 shares out of 166 square meters in the north-gu, Northern-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si.
Reasons
1. On September 1, 1976, the Plaintiff purchased the land indicated in the Disposition No. 1 from G (K) from September 1, 1976, and the Defendants inherited 1/5 of G’s property.
Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer with respect to each of the above 1/5 shares in the land to the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment without pleading against the Defendants (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
