1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 as well as the full payment from March 13, 2014.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. In the case of the debtor C and D, the application for payment order has become final and conclusive. 2. Supreme Court Decision 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act by service by publication.
