1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the “escape” of the first instance judgment No. 2, No. 18 of the second instance judgment shall be deemed as a “protruding escape certificate”; and (b) the “4. conclusion” of No. 6, No. 10 as a “3. conclusion” are as stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment; and (c) thus, it shall be cited in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
