1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay 134,000,000 won to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

On March 26, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 250 million to the Defendants under a joint repayment agreement. Of them, the fact that the Defendants received reimbursement of KRW 116 million does not conflict between the parties, or that it can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2. As such, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining loan amount of KRW 134 million (=250 million-16 million).
