2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. 1) On July 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant C Insurance Contract (hereinafter “One Insurance Contract”) with the following content:

The insurance period: From July 22, 2014 to July 22, 2085, the insured: (i) the legal heir at the time of death; (ii) the details of guaranteeing the subscription amount for the Plaintiff out of death; and (iii) cancer diagnosis expenses at the first time after the date of commencement of cancer guarantee (payment of less than one year) the payment of subscription amount at the time of diagnosis (payment of less than 50%) after the first time after the date of commencement of cancer guarantee (payment of less than one year), 10% of the initial subscription amount at the time of diagnosis of the upper cancer or the ledger (payment of less than one year), 200,00 won cancer surgery expenses (payment of less than 5%) the first time after the date of commencement of cancer guarantee; (iv) the payment of cancer insurance expenses at the first time after the first time after the date of commencement of cancer guarantee; and (v) the payment of less than 10% of the first time of cancer diagnosis or other cancer diagnosis expenses at the first time after the date of commencement of cancer guarantee;
