On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for special robbery at Busan High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju Prison on September 15, 2018.

1. On July 1, 2019, around 05:30 on July 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked visit by the victim E residing in the 7th floor of the Busan B B building in the Dabu-gu B building, and intruded into the Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Dobu-gu Do, and then opened a Dobu-gu Dobu-do-

2. Flooding, intrusion, and theft;

A. On July 1, 2019, around 06:30 on July 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a cresh-free visit by the victim G residing in the Fel; and (b) intruded into the Fel; (c) used money and valuables worth KRW 5,900 in total, 1,000, and 2,000 in cash on the front line; and (d) used money and valuables worth KRW 5,900 in 1,00 in 1,00 in 2,00 in 2,00 in 2,00.

B. At around 10:00 on July 1, 2019, the Defendant opened a string door by the victim H, who manages the general office in the public notice room, to clean up, and intruded into the general office, and 180,000 won in cash at the victim’s bank located therein.

3. On July 3, 2019, at around 18:30 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant listened to Internet broadcast in the building of the Busan Eastdong-gu, and the “KPC bank” managed by the victim J of the third floor, the Defendant used 5:30,000 won in cash at a credit cooperative located in a calculating unit to smoke tobacco.

4. On July 10, 2019, around 14:24, the Defendant: (a) entered the “NPC bank” managed by the victim M in Busan Jin-gu L in order to steals money and valuables; and (b) listen to the Internet broadcast, thereby listening to the victim.
