1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 287,305,397 and KRW 175,840,547 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 2560, Jul. 23, 2014>

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Applicable provisions;

(a) A claim against Defendant 1 and 2: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment as to whether to be deemed as a confession);

(b) A claim against Defendant 3, 4, and 5: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by public notice);
