A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million and by a fine of KRW 2 million.

Defendant

A and Defendant B are relatives, and Defendant A and the victim C (the age of 44) were living together.

1. On December 22, 2017, Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant committed assault, i.e., assaulting the victim’s face by following the alcohol on December 12, 2017, on the ground that: (a) while drinking alcohol together with the victim D, B, and the victim at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) the victim stated that “I will go her clothes, but I will not go she would go her clothes?” (c) the victim would go she would go her face?” and “I will go she would go her face?” and (d) twice the victim’s face was her hand.

Defendant

A around 02:00 on December 12, 2017, around 02:0, at the place specified in Paragraph 1, Defendant B, as seen above, took a dispute with the victim as to the reasons why Defendant B’s house was located, and took the victim by generating TV and cutting off the victim by hand, etc., and Defendant B, who was able to hear the disturbance from the victim, was the victim.

In such a dispute, Defendant A, who is against the golf set up in the golf banks where there was a plan to do so, deducted the victim’s left hand at one time, and Defendant B, by pushing the victim over the floor, followed the victim with Defendant A, who was the victim beyond the floor.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted injury on the victim, including the right 28-day off abandonment, which requires treatment of approximately 28 days.
