The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM5 vehicle.

On June 3, 2014, the Defendant driving the said car at around 20:0, and driving it at around 20:0, the Defendant continued to drive the said car at around 513, a one-lane road in front of the Joint Elementary School Cuk-ro 513, Seowon High School, at the Seo High School, at the west High School, at the aesthetic speed.
