The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

The Plaintiff asserts that, before the Defendant moved into the building of this case No. 503, the existing building was modified by altering the beera wide construction and the interior construction before the Defendant moved into the building of this case. During this process, the Plaintiff should compensate for the costs of interior construction based on the water leakage, etc. in accordance with the water leakage, by asserting that pipes were collected from the building of this case where the Plaintiff resided.

Even if the Defendant had conducted a construction project for the bend expansion of the building of this case No. 503 and the design alteration project, the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that the heating water of this case No. 503 was leaked and flown to the instant 403, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.

Rather, in light of the result of appraisal and the purport of the entire pleadings by the appraiser D of the first instance trial, the water leakage phenomenon generated on the part of the 403cheon-gu, 503 of this case merely appears to have been caused by the inflow of water as a result of the phenomenon caused by the difference in external temperature, not by pipes, etc. of this case. There is no special evidence to view otherwise.

Therefore, this part of the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
