A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. Around April 201, the Defendant: (a) took a fcafeteria operated by the victim D in the Daegu East-gu E apartment commercial building; and (b) took a breath to the victim’s husband, the victim’s husband, stating that the flusium was not yet prepared; and (c) flusently, the Defendant interfered with the victim D’s business by force preventing customers who want to enter the said restaurant by avoiding disturbance, such as “culpty, flusium, and, if she was aged and aged, she should immediately perform funeral services”; and (d) threatening the victim’s husband to threaten the victim’s husband to come to the restaurant, thereby obstructing the female restaurant business by force.
B. (1) On April 2012, the Defendant interfered with the victim G’s business affairs, by force, prevented customers who want to enter the restaurant, such as I and other customers from entering the restaurant, on the ground that they received money from the I and other customers, on the ground that they did not receive money from the I and other customers in the H apartment store operated by the victim G in the Daegu-gu E apartment commercial building.
(2) At the end of May 2012, the Defendant interfered with the restaurant business of women by force by force by preventing customers who want to enter the restaurant, such as catching a flab, flab, and making a bath, on the grounds that the J, the husband of the victim G, was flabing garbage, and was in a canning to the Defendant.
2. On April 29, 2012, the Defendant was demanded from the victim to request the victim to start a boom at the F restaurant operated by the victim D in the Daegu East-gu E apartment commercial building, Daegu-gu, and was demanded from the victim that the victim would not run a business on Sundays.
However, the defendant does not comply with such request and does not leave without justifiable reasons until the police officer dispatched by the report of the victim arrives.

3. A defendant who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) shall be punished on March 2012.
