1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 37,302,220 and KRW 37,002,574 among them, from January 26, 200 to January 13, 2005.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
