A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendants are simplified and victims D are neighbors who reside adjacent to the house in which the Defendants reside.

The defendants have been in dispute between the victim and the victim as a matter of ownership of the aggregate land for entry into the housing.

1. Defendant A’s insultd on March 15, 2015, on the ground that the victim was in dispute with his own land in his/her own residence located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, Defendant A’s insultd the victim at the same place eight times as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, from that time until April 15, 2015, for the following reasons: (a) the victim had been in dispute with the victim during this year during which he/she was in dispute with his/her own land.

2. Defendant B’s insult, at the same place as before around 08:00 on March 3, 2015, Defendant B, in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, expressed Defendant B expressed the victim’s desire to “Franchis Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba o, from that time until April 14, 2015, publicly insultingd the victim four times at the same place, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

3. Around 08:50 on April 14, 2015, Defendant A: (a) conspired with the victim’s house located in Busan Sho-gu G on the boundary line of land to prevent the victim from entering due to his/her failure by blocking alleyway due to the boundary line; and (b) putting up his/her existing gate using a brick and a board (1.5 x 8 metres) together with a fence, thereby damaging approximately KRW 1 million; and (c) destroying approximately 1,500,000 won by cutting the gate by hand; and (d) 15 chemical parts, such as a copier and vegetable, which were laid down on the side of the wall of the victim; and (e) destroying the Gun colon and vegetable, which were laid down on the bottom of the victim’s math; and (e) destroying approximately 1,500,000 won per unit.
