1. As to the judgment in the Gwangju District Court Decision 2017 Ghana79166 (former) between the defendant and E, the case is examined.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim filed a lawsuit against E in the case of damages claim 2017 Ghana79166, the Gwangju District Court rendered a favorable judgment. Since E dies, the Defendant received the execution clause for succession as stated in Paragraph (1) against the Plaintiffs who are successors of E. Inasmuch as the Plaintiffs renounced inheritance, the Defendant filed a motion for non-performance of compulsory execution based on the above execution clause.
