[Criminal Power] On March 23, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court. On November 27, 2009, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced the Defendant to three years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence at the original prison on February 23, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On July 5, 2013, the Defendant, around 14:30 on July 5, 2013, entered the victim E, who was the father of the victim D, in front of the victim D’s house located in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, by making a false statement that “the victim E, who was the father of the victim D, has come to the family of the victim D.”
The Defendant recovered 260,000 won in cash owned by the victim D in the swine storage room located in that room, and stolen it with one cell phone of 900,000 won in the market price owned by the victim E.
B. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:30 on July 10, 2013, the victim, before the Victim G’s house located in Sungnam-si F, opened the victim’s house door and entered into the house with the key in the postal delivery box.
The Defendant stolen the victim’s Samsung Credit Card No. 1 and one credit card No. 1 in our bank, etc. from the victim’s market price in the West, which had been located in his ward, and the victim’s own market price of KRW 100,000.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced two or more times to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and again committed the same crime within three years after the execution is completed.
2. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased one net gold sale paper from the “J” bank operated by the victim I located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on July 17:41, 201; (b) had K as an employee of the Bank pay for the amount of goods.
It is a credit card with legitimate use of Samsung Card.
