The Defendants jointly carried out the business of selling fishery products from November 24, 2017 to March 8, 2018, in front of the victim D-owned stores located in Young-gun, Jeonnam-gun, the Defendants left the above store and occupied the bags installed on the road without permission, and obstructed the business of leasing fishery products by force.
