Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the president of the Korean Teachers’ Union (hereinafter referred to as the “former Teachers’ Union”).
1. On March 28, 2015, “The Headquarters for Joint Suppression for the Strengthening of Public Pension” was held by the participants around 60,000 on March 28, 2015 at the Women’s Cultural Mar. 28, 2015, at the Hando Park Culture Complex located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with the effect that “the national pension strengthening and the public official pension opening-up resolution meeting was carried out at the same place, and the participants reported outdoor assemblies (a demonstration and progress) with the content that it was carried out in front of the National Bank of Korea as the doctors of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
From around 16:45 to 17:10 on March 28, 2015, approximately 60,000 participants held the National Pension Service and the Public Official Election Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Official Labor Union”), and approximately 3,500 persons, including electric bridges, departing from the reported place in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and occupied the national pension service, such as the “heated number of the public official pension”, and the “Wookkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk for the whole-lane while driving on the air.
As above, the Defendant left the place reported with approximately 3,500 persons, and occupied the place to the left by the LG Commission, thereby interfering with the traffic of the above participants in collusion with the above participants, by leaving the place to be reported with approximately 3,500 persons, thereby obstructing the traffic of the land.
2. On April 11, 2015, at around 16:40 through 19:00 on April 11, 2015, the Defendant participated in an assembly of “the destruction of Presidential Decree and the total force of urging for support to C,” held under the participation of 2,500 members of the luminous square in Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in the name of 4:16 C Family Council D, and the bereaved family members, etc.
From 19:05 to 20:00 on the same day after the end of the assembly, the number of participants in the assembly at around 19:05 to 20:00 on the same day shall be "C nicking, the Enforcement Decree of the Government nicking," without permission, occupy five lanes prior to the small park as three-lanes in Jongno-gu Seoul.
