From March 2009 to September 2010, the Defendant belonged to B, which is a subcontractor for construction of the Si Construction Project, at the construction site of the C-U.S. nuclear waste treatment plant located in both south and south of the Republic of Korea.

On October 209, the Defendant: (a) at a restaurant where it is difficult to know the trade name in both south-west and south-west of the Sim of the Defendant, the Defendant stated, “I would like to receive orders from the victim D to the construction site of the Ulsan Atomic Energy Power Plant. I would help to supply the building materials if the construction is completed; (b) I would like to help the Defendant supply the building materials at the construction site of the Ulsan Atomic Energy Power Station; and (c) on March 2010, I would like to be able to exercise influence over the selection of a supplier of the building materials at the construction site; and (d) on March 2010, the Defendant called “I would like to select a supplier of the building materials at the construction site of the Ulsan Atomic Nuclear Power Plant at the site of the construction site of the construction site of the construction site of the construction site of the construction site. In order to supply the building materials, I would have to contact with the material personnel of the cooperation company and prepare 50 million won as entertainment expenses.”
