1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 20, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 40 million on March 2, 2009, KRW 5 million on April 27, 2009, KRW 5 million on April 27, 2009, and KRW 30 million on August 31, 2009, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement of the said money.
