1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, as well as KRW 4,200,00 and the above from October 1, 2014.
Reasons
1. Claim: (a) the Plaintiff leased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant; and (b) the Defendant paid the Plaintiff a rent of KRW 4.2 million up to September 2014 and agreed to deliver the said real estate; and (c) the Plaintiff filed a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the delivery of the real estate and the rent and the rent for rent
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings on the ground of recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
