The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.

On November 10, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 15:05, and made it left turn to the right-hand turn from the right-hand side at the right-hand side of the red language at the right-way at the right-hand side at the right-hand side.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely proceeding in accordance with the signals instructed by the signal apparatus to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victims by their occupational negligence during approximately two weeks, such as dump dump, etc. in need of treatment.
