현주건조물방화예비등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. While the Defendant, from the end of October 2015, maintained a string relationship with the victim B (V, 50 years old) from the end of his residence, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a string the gasoline in the victim’s residence on the ground that the victim said that the string relationship was defective; (b) purchased one set of D Mart in the 15:00 on March 31, 2017, in the 15:0 around 31, 2017, in the city of the victim, in front of the victim’s residence; (c) opened a string door with the key which was reproduced in advance and entered into the Defendant’s residence; and (d) removed the string of the stringer in possession of the string machine; and (d) removed the stringer into the Defendant’s residence.

“In doing so, as they put in fire, they threatened the victim.”
Accordingly, the defendant prepared a fire prevention for the purpose of setting fire to a building used by the injured person as a residence.
2. The Defendant infringed upon a residence at the time and place described in the above paragraph 1, and opened a corrected gate to the key in possession of the victim’s residence with a view to preventing a fire, as described in the above paragraph 1, and entered the victim’s residence into the victim’s residence and intrudes on the victim’s residence.
3. On March 31, 2017, the injured Defendant stated that “G” in front of the “G” located in the Gyeongnam-gun F, Gyeongnam-gun around 17:30 on the street, the said victim “I am sing off, sing away,” and in this context, I am sing the victim’s reputation by hand, continue to wear the victim’s shoulder, leading the victim into the said “G”, leading the victim into the victim’s shoulder, and then, I am hing the victim’s desire to read “G, singingly, about the same year.”
